HLTH CARE DISCLOSURE                                                       

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Creates the Health Care  Services  Disclosure  Act.   Establishes      
   disclosure  standards  for managed care plans.  Requires disclosure of      
   utilization review policies, grievance procedures, and other  coverage      
   provisions  including  drug formularies used by the plan and a list of      
   participating providers.
