Provides that the Department of Public Aid or the Department of Human Services, as appropriate, may cooperate with any Illinois private industry council, political subdivision of the State, or private entity awarded a competitive grant under provisions of the federal Balanced Budget Act of 1997 for Welfare to Work activities aimed at moving individuals into and keeping individuals in lasting unsubsidized employment.
