SEX OFFENDER-NEWSPAPER                                                     

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Sex Offender and Child Murderer Community Notification      
   Law.  Requires the law enforcement agency having jurisdiction over the      
   registration of a sex offender to publish in a  newspaper  of  general      
   circulation  the  name,  address,  date  of  birth,  and  offense  or       
   adjudication of the sex offender upon release of the sex offender from      
   a penal institution or other institution.
