VEH CD-SUSPEND LICENSE-STUDENT                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to authorize  the  Secretary  of      
   State  to  suspend  for  6  months  the driving privileges of a school      
   student who has violated  a  weapons  law  or  committed  a  crime  of      
   violence  in  school  upon  the  regional  superintendent  of  schools      
   certifying  to the Secretary of State that the student violated one of      
   these laws.
