Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Statewide Grand Jury Act.  Provides that  a  Statewide      
   Grand  Jury  may be convened to investigate and return indictments for      
   certain enumerated child sex offenses that are facilitated by the  use      
   of  a  computer,  including  the  Internet, World Wide Web, or on-line      
   service.
