Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately. PENSION NOTE Estimated increase in accrued liability is $15.9 M, and total annual cost is 0.16% of payroll, or $771,000. Annual cost would vary by individual fund and would increase commensurate with payroll.
