BOARDS OF HEALTH-ACCEPT GRANTS                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Counties Code, the Illinois Municipal  Code,  and  the      
   Public  Health  District Act.  Provides that a board of health may not      
   accept a grant from a public or private entity without the approval of      
   the board's corporate authorities.
