FLAG DISPLY ACT-POW-MIA FLAG                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Flag Display Act.   Provides  that  the  POW/MIA  flag      
   shall   be   flown   at  courthouses;  State  penal  and  reformatory,      
   educational and charitable institutions;  and  school  houses  in  the      
   State  of Illinois.  Provides that the United States national flag and      
   the POW/MIA flag shall be flown at each State building and facility.        
          FISCAL NOTE (Dpt. Central Management Services)                       
          No fiscal impact is expected on DCMS.                                
          STATE MANDATES ACT FISCAL NOTE                                       
          HB 2425 fails to create a State mandate.
