Provides that beginning January 1, 1998, of the monies collected as a registration fee for each motorcycle, motor driven cycle, and motorized pedalcycle, 27% (instead of $8) of each annual registration fee and 27% (instead of $4) of each semiannual registration fee is deposited in the Cycle Rider Safety Training Fund. Provide that the fee for an original or renewal M or L endorsement is $5. Provides that this $5 fee shall be deposited into the Cycle Rider Safety Training Fund. Effective immediately.
