CRIM CD-HABITUAL CRIM-TECH                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Criminal Code of 1961.  Adds a heading to Section that      
   provides that an offense for which the defendant was released  because      
   of  a  pardon  granted on account of innocence shall not be considered      
   for the purposes of determining whether the defendant  is  a  habitual      
   criminal.
