GO BONDS-INCREASE                                                          

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the General Obligation Bond Act.  Makes changes  of  style      
   and  punctuation  in  the  provisions  of  the  Act relating to school      
   construction.                                                               
          STATE DEBT IMPACT NOTE (Engrossed)                                   
          No impact on the level of State indebtedness.                        
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
          Adds reference to:                                                   
          30 ILCS 330/2                                                        
          30 ILCS 330/3                                                        
          30 ILCS 330/4                                                        
          30 ILCS 330/6                                                        
          Deletes reference to:                                                
          30 ILCS 330/5                                                        
        Increases the maximum General Obligation Bond authority of the         
   State from $10,334,908,392 to $10,895,296,392.
