Short description: 
HYPNOTIST LICENSING ACT                                                    

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Creates the Hypnotist Licensing Act to regulate the  practice  of      
   hypnosis  through licensing requirements. Amends the Regulatory Agency      
   Sunset Act to repeal the Hypnosis Licensing Act on  January  1,  2008.      
   Amends  the  State  Finance  Act  to add the Hypnotist Licensing Fund.      
   Effective 30 days after becoming law.
