Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business  Practices  Act.      
   Makes  a stylistic change in provisions concerning construction of the      
   Act.

          There will be no fiscal impact on this Office.                       
          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE                                           
          HB 1596 fails to create a State mandate.
