Adds that a children's waiting room is for children whose parents or guardians are attending a court hearing for any court purpose as determined by the court. Provides that the expense of a children's waiting room may (instead of shall) be borne by the county. Removes the requirement that a children's waiting room fee be not less than $2. FISCAL NOTE (Attorney General) No fiscal impact on operations of the Attorney General Office; costs would be absorbed by existing resources. JUDICIAL NOTE It has been determined that the bill would neither decrease nor increase the need for the number of judges in the state.
