Short description: 
VET MED-EXEMPTION-QUALIFY                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Veterinary Medicine and Surgery Practice Act  of  1994      
   to  allow  graduates  of  non-approved  veterinary  schools to pass an      
   examination specified by the Department of Professional Regulation, as      
   an alternative to having one year of evaluated clinical experience  as      
   an employee of a licensed veterinarian, to qualify for a license under      
   the  Act.  Allows the Department to further define a license exemption      
   for persons consulting with, and under the supervision, direction, and      
   control of a licensed veterinarian. Effective immediately.
