KENDALL FOREST PRESERVE-LAND                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Provides  that  upon  payment  of  specified  consideration,  the      
   Kendall County Forest Preserve District is authorized to convey  title      
   to  certain  tracts of land to the Kendall County Fair Association and      
   to Kendall Township.  Effective immediately.
