PLUMBING LIC-LOC FEES-INSPECTR                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Plumbing License  Law  to  prohibit  a  city,      
   town,  village, township, or county from collecting a fee for a permit      
   for the installation or repair of plumbing unless the installation  or      
   repair  has  been  inspected  by  an  appropriate  plumbing inspector.      
   Effective immediately.
