STATE CONST ACCOUNT FUND                                                   

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the State Finance Act to  require  federal  reimbursements      
   for  prior expenditures from the State Construction Account Fund to be      
   deposited back into the State Construction Account Fund and  not  into      
   any other State fund.
