Adds certain child pornography offenses to list of offenses for which a period of probation, a term of periodic imprisonment, or conditional discharge may not be imposed. Effective immediately. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Adds reference to: 720 ILCS 5/11-20.1 from Ch. 38, par. 11-20.1 Amends thr Criminal Code provisions on child pornography to provide that the dissemination or production of child pornography is a Class 1 felony. Provides that possession of child pornography is a Class 3 felony (now a Class 4 felony). Also provides that a person convicted of dissemination or production of child pornography shall not receive probation, the conditional discharge, or periodic imprisonment.
