FINANCIAL TRANSACTION CARD                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Creates  the   Financial   Transaction   Card   Acceptance   Act.      
   Authorizes  State  agencies to accept payment by financial transaction      
   card in accordance with rules adopted and agreements negotiated by the      
   State Treasurer.  Effective immediately.
