Short description: LOC GOVT-SCH CD-INVESTMENTS Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Governmental Account Audit Act, the Counties Code, the Illinois Municipal Code, and the School Code. Requires units of local government and school districts, either as part of currently required reports to the State Comptroller or as independent reports, to report annually to the State Comptroller upon the identity and amount of their investments.
