DONAHUE. 40 ILCS 5/7-137 from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 7-137 Amends the IMRF Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Allows an employee who is receiving a pension from the federal government as a retired member of the U.S. armed forces to elect not to participate in the Fund. Effective immediately.
