JONES. 20 ILCS 805/63a45 new Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department of Natural Resources to select a new name for each State property and geographic feature with a current name that uses the word "squaw". Requires the Department to encourage units of local government to do likewise with their properties and geographic features.
