(MEYER) 805 ILCS 310/22 from Ch. 32, par. 326 Amends the Co-operative Act to provide that the prohibition against a corporation or association using the term "Co-operative" as part of its name or title unless it has complied with the provisions of the Act does not apply to a corporation or association organized under the General Not For Profit Corporation Act of 1986 or the Business Corporation Act of 1983 for ownership or administration of residential property on a cooperative basis.
