SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes reference to: 110 ILCS 305/7f Adds reference to: 110 ILCS 327/40-15 Deletes everything. Amends the University of Illinois at Spring- field Law. Provides that all degrees from Sangamon State University shall be degrees from the UofI at Springfield. Any reasonable costs associated with the reissuance of diplomas shall be borne by the individuals requesting the diplomas.
