(KLINGLER-POE) 105 ILCS 5/10-22.31 from Ch. 122, par. 10-22.31 105 ILCS 5/10-22.31.1 new Amends the School Code to allow a community unit district to withdraw from a special education joint agreement program upon 60 days notice and the filing of an intent to withdraw statement with the governing board of the joint agreement program. Effective immediately. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Makes a stylistic correction. FISCAL NOTE (State Board of Education) There are no financial impacts at the State level. Potential fiscal impact at the local level would be from requiring resi- dent districts to provide for those special ed services termi- nated and new transportation arrangements.
