Reenacts the provisions of Public Act 89-428 relating to prisoner reimbursement for costs of incarceration (Section 3-7-6 of the Unified Code of Corrections and Section 4-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure). Also reenacts the changes made to Section 3-7-6 of the Unified Code of Corrections that were made by Public Act 89-688.
