RAUSCHENBERGER.

(CHURCHILL)

   305 ILCS 5/5-16.3                                                           

        Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public  Aid      
   Code.    Provides that each proposed contract for services between the      
   Department of Public Aid and a managed health care entity  must  first      
   be  approved  by  joint resolution of the General Assembly.  Effective      
   immediately.
