DUDYCZ. 40 ILCS 5/14-110 from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 14-110 Amends the State Employee Article of the Illinois Pension Code to allow State police officers to establish service credit for certain time spent as a law enforcement officer employed by the federal government or a state or local government located outside of Illinois. Requires payment of both employee and employer contributions plus interest. Effective immediately.
