   735 ILCS 5/8-804 new                                                        

        Amends the Code of Civil  Procedure.   Provides  that  neither  a      
   parent  nor  a  child  may  be  compelled  to  disclose  in a court or      
   administrative body any statement made to the parent or child  by  the      
   other.
