   625 ILCS 5/11-1413.5 new                                                    

        Amends the  Illinois  Vehicle  Code.   Prohibits  a  person  from      
   knowingly throwing, depositing, or releasing upon a highway, including      
   a toll highway, a live animal.  Penalty is a Class A misdemeanor.
