SILVA. 105 ILCS 5/34-2.3 from Ch. 122, par. 34-2.3 Amends the School Code. Provides that members of Chicago's local school councils are to have access to the attendance center buildings and to the information necessary to carry out their responsibilities, including the opportunity to interview and observe school staff, in a manner that does not impact the orderly operation of the schools.
