LYONS,JOSEPH-BRADLEY-FRITCHEY.

   70 ILCS 2605/11.17        from Ch. 42, par. 331.17                          

        Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.  Provides      
   that the purchasing agent may trade in, sell, donate,  or  dispose  of      
   (now  trade  in,  sell,  or  dispose  of)  any materials, supplies, or      
   equipment that may become surplus, obsolete,  or  unusable.   Provides      
   that  materials,  supplies,  and  equipment  may  be  donated  only to      
   not-for-profit institutions.
