KRAUSE-LANG. (BUTLER) 35 ILCS 200/18-185 Amends the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law in the Property Tax Code. Provides that the county clerk in a county with a population of 3,000,000 or more shall include in the 1997 calculation of new property for any school district in the county the recovered tax increment value in that district for the 1995 tax year. Effective immediately. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.
