   55 ILCS 5/5-1097.5                                                          
   65 ILCS 5/11-5-1.5                                                          

        Amends  the  Counties  Code  and  the  Illinois  Municipal  Code.      
   Prohibits a county or municipality to locate  an  adult  entertainment      
   facility  within  1,000  feet  of  the property boundary of any forest      
   preserve district.  Effective immediately.                                  
          FISCAL NOTE (DCCA)                                                   
          HB 2473 will not have a fiscal impact on units of local gov't.       
          STATE MANDATES ACT FISCAL NOTE                                       
          HB 2473 fails to create a State mandate.                             
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.
