   225 ILCS 446/30                                                             

        Amends the Private Detective, Private  Alarm,  Private  Security,      
   and  Locksmith Act of 1993.  Provides that the Act does not apply to a      
   person, firm, or corporation engaged solely and exclusively in tracing      
   and compiling lineage or ancestry.  Effective immediately.
