   815 ILCS 505/2            from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 262                        

        Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business  Practices  Act.      
   Makes  a  stylistic change in provisions concerning the declaration of      
   certain practices as unlawful.                                              
          FISCAL NOTE (Office of Attorney General)                             
          There will be no fiscal impact on this Dept.                         
          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE                                           
          In the opinion of DCCA, HB 1635 fails to create a State mandate      
          under the State Mandates Act.
