DAVIS,MONIQUE.

   410 ILCS 45/6.2           from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1306.2                     

        Amends  the  Lead  Poisoning  Prevention   Act.   Provides   that      
   physicians  and  health  care  providers  may screen children for lead      
   poisoning in conjunction with the school  health  exam  when,  in  the      
   physician's  judgment,  the  child is potentially at high risk of lead      
   poisoning.                                                                  
          STATE MANDATES ACT FISCAL NOTE                                       
          HB1536 fails to create a State mandate.
