CAPPARELLI-BUGIELSKI-SANTIAGO-BURKE. 40 ILCS 5/7-153.5 new 30 ILCS 805/8.21 new Amends the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) Article of the Pension Code to provide an occupational disease disability benefit for sheriff's law enforcement employees who are disabled by heart disease and for their dependent children and survivors. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately.
