Permits filing of a motion to vacate a custody or guardianship order that was based upon a false report of child abuse or neglect if the person making the false report was convicted of or placed on supervision for making the false report. Provides that a court shall vacate the custody or guardianship order if specified criteria are met and that the court may then enter a new order or order a new hearing.
