CLAYTON-HOLBROOK-BIGGERT-BERGMAN. (BUTLER) 220 ILCS 50/11.5 new Amends the Illinois Underground Utility Facilities Damage Prevention Act. Provides that a municipality's liability for indemnification of the System is limited to claims arising out of the acts or omissions of the municipality, its officers, agents, or employees or out of the operations of the municipality's underground utility facilities. FISCAL NOTE (Ill. Commerce Commission) ICC estimates no fiscal impact from HB234.
