 1                          SENATE RESOLUTION
 2        WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are  saddened
 3    to  learn  of  the  death  of  Rosemond  M. Rife, of Decatur,
 4    Illinois; and
 5        WHEREAS, Rosemond Rife was born in Vigo County,  Indiana,
 6    on  October  7,  1919; her parents were Raymond A. and Gladys
 7    Margaret Kelly Kruzan; and
 8        WHEREAS, Rosemond Rife was a beautician for forty  years;
 9    for  twenty years she operated her own shop; she was a former
10    member of the Macon County Historical Society, the Mound Unit
11    of the Macon County Home Bureau, and  the  Warrensburg-Latham
12    PTA; and
13        WHEREAS,  On  November  4,  1939,  in  Decatur, Illinois,
14    Rosemond and Joseph A. Rife were married; and
15        WHEREAS, Rosemond Rife is survived by her  daughters  and
16    sons-in-law,   Pat  Weaver  and  her  husband,  James,  Donna
17    Ginther, and Jolien Catlin and her husband, John;  her  eight
18    grandchildren and her four great-grandchildren; therefore, be
19    it
20        RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY
21    OF  THE  STATE  OF  ILLINOIS, that we mourn, with sadness and
22    regret, the death of Rosemond Rife of Decatur, Illinois;  may
23    her family and friends find comfort in this time of loss; and
24    be it further
25        RESOLVED,  That  a  suitable  copy  of this resolution be
26    presented to the family of Rosemond M. Rife.
