1 AN ACT concerning State procurements, amending named
2 Acts.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by changing
6 Section 1.1 as follows:
7 (30 ILCS 105/1.1) (from Ch. 127, par. 137.1)
8 Sec. 1.1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may
9 be cited as the "State Finance Act".

11 Section 10. The Illinois Procurement Code is amended by
12 changing Section 1-1 as follows:

14 Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
15 State Illinois Procurement Code.
