1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1628
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1628 on page 1, by
3 inserting after line 26 the following:
4 "(c) Nothing in this amendatory Act of 1998 shall create
5 any new or independent duty to supervise any activity on
6 public property not otherwise imposed by law.
7 (d) This Section incorporates both the immunities and
8 defenses defined in Section 1-101.1 and the definition of
9 willful and wanton conduct as set forth in Section 1-210.".
