1 AN ACT to amend the Metropolitan Water Reclamation
2 District Act by adding Section 273.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District
6 Act is amended by adding Section 273 as follows:
7 (70 ILCS 2605/273 new)
8 Sec. 273. District enlarged. Upon the effective date of
9 this amendatory Act of 1998, the corporate limits of the
10 Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are extended to
11 include within those limits the following described tracts of
12 land that are annexed to the District:
13 THE SOUTH HALF OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 13
14 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY,
15 ILLINOIS;
16 AND
17 SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE THIRD
18 PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
19 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
20 becoming law.
