1 AN ACT regarding appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The sum of $1 is appropriated to the Board of
5 Higher Education to study the impact of local control of
6 University Income Funds on the higher education budget
7 process.
8 Section 5. This Act takes effect July 1, 1997.
