1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1041
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1041 on page 1, by
3 replacing line 8 with the following:
4 "606, 609, 610, 611, 612, and 905, changing the captions of
5 Article"; and
6 on page 27, below line 2, by inserting the following:
7 "(750 ILCS 22/905)
8 Sec. 905. Repeal. The Revised Uniform Reciprocal
9 Enforcement of Support Act is repealed on the effective date
10 of this amendatory Act of 1997. An action that was
11 commenced under the Revised Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of
12 Support Act and is pending on the effective date of this
13 amendatory Act of 1997 shall be decided in accordance with
14 that Act as it existed immediately before its repeal by this
15 amendatory Act of 1997. (Blank).
