1 AN ACT in relation to financial regulation, amending
2 named Acts.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Electronic Fund Transfer Act is amended
6 by changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (205 ILCS 616/1)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
9 Electronic Fund Transfer Act.

11 Section 10. The Corporate Fiduciary Act is amended by
12 changing Section 1-1 as follows:

14 Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may
15 be cited as the "Corporate Fiduciary Act".

17 Section 15. The Residential Mortgage License Act of 1987
18 is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

21 be cited as the "Residential Mortgage License Act of 1987".
