1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 670
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 670 on page 5, by
3 replacing lines 18 through 22 with the following:
4 "(c) For any home equity line of credit secured by
5 residential real estate of a borrower, unless otherwise
6 prohibited by law it shall be lawful to charge a
7 cancellation fee not exceeding $500 to the borrower in
8 the event the borrower cancels the line of credit.".
