1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 570
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 570, on page 22,
3 in line 13, by replacing "1q" with "1r"; and
4 after line 14 by inserting the following:
5 "(q) The amount of State aid payable to a district as a
6 result of the adjustment required to be made by subsection
7 5(p) of Part A of this Section shall be appropriated by the
8 General Assembly in a separate and distinct line item."; and
9 on page 22, line 15, by replacing "(q)" with "(r)"; and
10 on page 22, line 21, by replacing "5(q)" with "5(r)"; and
11 on page 22, line 31, by replacing "5(q)" with "5(r)"; and
12 on page 22, line 33, by replacing "5(q)" with "5(r)".
